The glass industry of Russia and the CIS unites dozens of enterprises that collectively produce about 20 billion rubles. units of glass containers every year. These are the same bottles, cans, vials and ampoules that each of us encounters in our daily lives. And it depends on the well-coordinated friendly work of the industry that these glass products are of high quality and safe.
In order to develop the glass industry and strengthen horizontal ties within the industry both in Russia and abroad, the "Glass Forum — Expert Club" was held in Suzdal from October 5 to 6. The organizers of the event, the specialized industry company "Glassmaking", have been annually gathering glass container manufacturers, glass container consumer enterprises, representatives of government authorities and industry associations for many years for a big and important conversation about common prospects.
During the forum, the Director of the Department of Research and Promotion of domestic wine products of Roskachestvo Bunyaeva O.N., Chairman of the Council of the Union of Russian Brewers Briman D.M., Chief Analyst of Glassmaking Matyar A.A., Head of the Laboratory of VNIITeK Posokina N.E., and a number of other speakers made speeches.
The representative of LLC "ZMT" Yelizarov E.O. held a multimedia presentation of both the serial equipment of LLC "ZMT" for quality control of glass containers (Thickness gauge of non-ferromagnetic materials IT-1-01, Installation for testing glass containers with hydrostatic pressure UIS-GD, Installation for testing glass containers on slipping UIS-S, etc.) and new developments (IT-GP hot coating thickness gauge, Inspection machines for monitoring the glass container wall and monitoring the bottom and corolla of glass containers MIT-1 and MIVD-1, etc.).
Constructive business contacts took place on the sidelines of the Forum with the management of glass factories, alcoholic and food enterprises about possible supplies of measuring and testing equipment of the Microelectronic Technologies Plant and new developments.
Separately, it should be noted that fruitful negotiations took place with the delegation of the glass factory of JSC "ASL OYNA" (Republic of Uzbekistan). A specific agreement was reached on the preparation of a contract for the supply of 10 devices and installations to this enterprise in Tashkent.
In the future, LLC "ZMT" intends to expand the geography of its participation in similar and related industry events in Kazakhstan, Belarus, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan.
