This Personal Data Confidentiality Policy of ZMT LLC (hereinafter - the "Policy") applies to any information which may be obtained by Plant of Microelectronic Technologies Limited Liability Company (hereinafter - "ZMT LLC") about the User while using the Website (zmt-axion.ru), services, programs, products or services of ZMT LLC (hereinafter - the "Services") and during performance by ZMT LLC of any agreements and contracts with the User.
ZMT LLC shall have the right to issue any additional or amended provisions of the Policy. ZMT LLC shall also have the right to issue any provisions supplementing and/or amending this Policy with respect to certain Services. The Russian or any other applicable legislation provides for personal data transfer in the manner prescribed by Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data Protection" dated July 27, 2006, Federal Law No. 38-FZ "On Advertising" dated March 13, 2006 and other regulations governing the relations related to processor's activities.
The User, which is a legal entity or an individual using the Website of ZMT LLC (zmt-axion.ru), services, programs, products or services of ZMT LLC or a party to an agreement (contract) with ZMT LLC:
- gives the consent to processing of the personal data with or without the use of any automation means, including collection, registration, systematization, accumulation, storage, specification (updating, alteration), extraction, utilization, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, and destruction of the personal data, as well as any other use of provided and/or obtained information in accordance with this Policy;
- gives the consent to delegation by a personal data processor to any third party, unless otherwise is provided by the federal law, under a contract signed with such third party subject to compliance of the third party that performs personal data processing on behalf of the processor with the principles and rules of personal data processing as provided by the applicable law.
1. Users' Personal Data Obtained and Processed by ZMT LLC:
1.1. For the purposes of this Policy "User's personal data/information" shall mean: last name, first name and patronymic name, e-mail address, contact phone number, and any other personal data disclosed by Users in questionnaires (applications).
1.2. Anonymized data automatically generated by ZMT LLC during the User's visit of any page of the Website with the use of software installed on User's devices: IP address, cookie information, User's browser information (or any other program used to access the Website services), access time, address of requested page, and other information.
1.3. ZMT LLC does not verify reliability of the User's personal data and is not capable of assessing the User's capacity. However ZMT LLC assumes that the User provides true and sufficient personal information and keeps it updated. ZMT LLC does not control or assume liability for any third party websites to which the User may be taken using the links available on the websites of ZMT LLC. Such third party websites may have their own confidentiality policies and some other user personal data may be collected or requested.
2. Objectives of the Users' Personal Data Processing
2.1. ZMT LLC shall only process personal data which are required for provision and improvement of the Services.
2.2. ZMT LLC can use the User's personal data as follows:
2.2.1. To identify a party for the Service provision.
2.2.2. To provide to the User the relevant and personalized Services and offers (including advertising one).
2.2.3. To improve quality and to develop new Services.
2.2.4. To contact with the User to provide information upon the User's request.
2.2.5. To conduct statistical and other anonymized surveys.
2.2.6. To perform the functions, powers and obligations imposed on ZMT LLC under the legislation by the Russian Federation.
3. Transfer of the User's Personal Data to Third Parties
3.1. The User's personal data shall be kept confidential except for processing of the personal data to which the general public has access granted by the User or at the User's request.
3.2. ZMT LLC shall be entitled to transfer the User's personal data to any third parties upon the consent of the User to delegation by the personal data processor to any third party, unless otherwise is provided by the federal law, under a contract signed with such third party subject to compliance of the third party that performs personal data processing on behalf of the processor with the principles and rules of personal data processing as provided by the applicable law.
3.3. ZMT LLC shall take all necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, dissemination or other illegal operations with the personal data of any third parties. The personal data shall be kept until cessation of business of ZMT LLC or achievement of the objectives of the Users' personal data processing.
4. User's Rights and Obligations
4.1. ZMT LLC shall take all reasonable efforts to keep the available personal data accurate and updated and to delete any outdated or other unreliable or excessive personal data. However the User shall be liable for disclosure of the relevant data and updating any disclosed data in case of any change.
4.2. The User may at any time modify (update, supplement) any previously disclosed personal information or its portion and its confidentiality parameters by sending the relevant request to ZMT LLC.
4.2.1. The User may at any time withdraw the consent to the personal data processing by ZMT LLC by sending a written notice marked "withdrawal of consent to the personal data processing" to: 219a, Karl Marx str., Izhevsk, Udmurt Republic, 426000. Such withdrawal of the User's consent to the personal data processing involves deletion of the User's account from the Website and any records containing such personal data in the personal data processing systems of ZMT LLC resulting in the User's inability to use ZMT LLC services.
4.3. The User shall have the right to obtain information about processing of its personal data by ZMT LLC by sending a written request marked "personal data processing information request" to: 219a, Karl Marx str., Izhevsk, Udmurt Republic, 426000.
