The 24th International Exhibition of Glass Products, Technologies and Equipment for the manufacture and processing of Glass "World of Glass-2023" was held in Moscow from February 28 to March 3, 2023. 105 specialized companies from Russia, Italy, China, Belarus, Turkey, Germany, France, India and other countries took part in the exhibition.
LLC "ZMT", traditionally being a participant of this forum, spoke at the "World of Glass-2023" with an exposition at which the equipment was presented as well-known to glass enterprises (Thickness gauge of non-ferromagnetic materials IT-1-01, Installation for testing glass containers with hydrostatic pressure UIS-GD, Installation for testing glass containers with vertical load UIS-VN, Installation for testing glass containers with a shock load UIS-U, Installation for testing glass containers for slipping UIS-S), so is the technological novelty of this year, the installation for testing glass containers for thermal stability of the UIS-TS.
At the same time, serial samples of devices and installations were presented at the ZMT stand, interested visitors of the exhibition could not only inspect them, but also evaluate their functionality "live". The specialists of "ZMT" demonstrated in detail the principles of operation of the equipment, talked about its advantages and benefits, handing technical catalogs to interested visitors and exchanging business contacts. In just 4 days of the exhibition, agreements were reached on cooperation, supply of devices and installations with more than 50 enterprises of the glass industry in Russia, CIS and Far abroad.
Specialists of "ZMT", within the framework of working contacts, informed representatives of specialized companies that new samples of devices for the glass industry are being developed — the IT-GP hot coating thickness meter, the Installation for testing glass containers for water resistance UIS-V. This information caused an active feedback, valuable recommendations were received for implementation in the developed samples of new products.
Summing up the results of the "World of Glass-2023" for the "Plant of Microelectronic Technologies", we can confidently say that the company has consolidated its leadership position in the market of measuring and testing equipment for quality control of glass in the Russian market. And made a serious step to enter the global market by establishing partnership contacts with foreign companies "VMA" (Germany), "HXBL" (China), "Shamvik Glasstech" (India).
