The installation is designed to control thermal resistance at temperature differences specified in the technical documentation for glass packaging for specific types of products (Method A, GOST 13903-2016) and to test for thermal resistance in the study of strength (Method B and C, GOST 13903-2016) of glass containers manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GOST 32131 and GOST 5717.1 (at the request of the customer).

The principle of operation

Without the participation of the operator is carried out:

  • pre-filling the tank with water;
  • achieving the required temperature in the tanks. Including reducing the temperature of the water in the cold tank to the temperature of the water in the supply network;
  • exposure time counts;
  • operations for moving test samples from tank to tank.
