The device is designed to assess the wall thickness of glass and polymer bottles and jars. It can be used to measure the thickness of nonmagnetic materials (leather, cardboard, polymer films, nonferrous metals).
The device is listed in the State Register of Measuring Equipment.

The operation of the nonferromagnetic material thickness gauge is based on measuring the value of magniflux passing through the controlled area of the measured sample. The magniflux is recorded using a Hall sensor.
The measurement process is displayed on a color display. For ease of testing samples, IT-1-01 is equipped with various measuring heads, as well as standard samples and magnetos.
The software allows IT-1-01 to be included in the Vertech SILQual (France) information collection and processing system
