Industrial Air Ozonators AXION P-5, P-10, P-20, P-40, P-80

Industrial air ozonators can be used in agricultural, chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries:

• for air deodorization and ingrained odor removal;
• for disinfection (removal of fungi, rot and mold) and sanitation of air, water, soil, premises, etc.;
• for disinfecting chambers;
• in agricultural and food product storage, treatment and processing technologies;
• for disinsection of premises;
• for demercurization of premises.

REQUIREMENTS FOR OPERATING CONDITIONS

When bringing the device from the cold into a warm room, do not turn it on immediately. Hold the industrial ozonator for two to three hours at room temperature, otherwise settled moisture (condensate) may disable the device when it is turned on.

High humidity in the area of operation of the industrial ozonator and moisture ingress into the device can lead to damage and breakdown of the ozone generator.

The device must be operated indoors under the following conditions: air temperature from +1 to +40°C, relative humidity of not more than 80% at 25°C.

Do not place heavy objects on the device. Do not close the air intake and air distribution outlet grids, as this may cause damage.

Do not allow foreign objects to get inside the device.

PREPARATION FOR OPERATION

Before starting to operate the industrial air ozonator, make sure that the following conditions are met to ensure the normal operation of the device and the safety of people:

1. Unpack the device.
2. When bringing the device from the cold into a warm room, do not turn it on immediately. Hold the industrial ozonator at room temperature for two to three hours.
3. Install the industrial ozonator on a flat, stable surface.
4. In dusty rooms such as warehouses and vegetable storages, the ozonator must be installed as high as possible from the floor.
5. Before using the device, make sure that it is grounded.
6. After the above actions are taken, the industrial air ozonator is ready for operation.

OPERATION MANUAL

1. Connect the power cable to the connector on the device case.
2. Plug the power cable in the 220 V mains. The device is in standby mode and is considered ready for operation after the short flashing of digits "00:00" on the digital indicator is completed.
3. Before starting the ozonator, first set the time of its operation by timer. To do this, use the "-" and "+" buttons to set the value from 1 to 60 minutes. A short one-time press on the "-" or "+" buttons, respectively, reduces or increases the set time value in increments of 1 minute.
4. After setting the timer to start the ozonator, hold the "On" button for at least 3 seconds until the fan and the ozone generator turn on. After starting, the timer counts down the set time, after which the device will signal the shutdown with three long beeps and turn off automatically.
5. To turn off the device earlier, hold the "On" button for at least 3 seconds until the fan and the ozone generator are turned off.

For P-40 and P-80 industrial ozonators, adjustment of the ozone generation power is functionally provided:

• for P-40: 50% and 100%;
• • for P-80: 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%.

A short press on the "On" button will allow switching between setting the timer and adjusting the ozone generation power.
