On September 26, the specialists of LLC "ZMT" carried out a joint, with the specialists of the consumer enterprise, commissioning of the Installation for testing glass containers for thermal resistance of UIS-TS ENLA.441371.002 in the Tula region.
The UIS-TS was installed indoors, communications were connected to it, commissioning works were carried out, staff was trained.
Now, with the help of the UIS-TS, the specialists of the consumer enterprise will be able to control the thermal stability of the manufactured glass containers in an automated mode at temperature differences according to GOST 13903. At the same time, they will be able to control the installation using a touch screen, which is mounted on a hinged control cabinet, which is located on the side surface of the installation. It is possible to work on the UIS-TS quickly, and with minimizing the influence of the human factor.
In conclusion, it should be noted that the specialists of LLC "ZMT" have planned joint commissioning of new UIS-TS in the Novgorod and Leningrad regions in the coming months.
