Top management undertakes to:
- ensure compliance of the Quality Management System with requirements of GOST R ISO 9001, GOST RV 0015-002, provisions of Quality Manual, OST 134-1028 with Rev. 1, ISO 13485, and own corporate requirements;
- ensure that the Quality Management System achieves the specified targets;
- ensure conformity of the Quality Management System to strategic direction of the company and continuously improve efficiency of measures taken to assure quality of products at their life-cycle stages, including use of lean management tools;
- manage risks and opportunities that might have effect on compliance of products and the ability to improve the user satisfaction;
- provide access to resources required for the Quality Management System;
- make the Policy requirements known to employees and encourage its implementation.
