Car panel and call panel

Car panel

The panel is located in the lift car. It is designed to organize the lift operation control (buttons for going up/down to the floors, buttons for communication with the dispatcher, information display).

Capability of using various buttons (round/square), displays.

Panel color options.

Designed to work with low voltage package for passenger lift microprocessor control station NKU-MPPL (matrix/distributed).

There is a possibility of customized car panel development and manufacture.

Call panel

The call panels are located on each floor and designed to call the lift car.

Designed for matrix and distributed systems.

There are two types of call panels:

  • one-button;
  • two-button.

On the call panel board, there are connectors for call buttons and car indicator. Only 16 floor buttons can be connected to one board, so if the number of floors is more than 16, a second board is required. When installing an additional board, the equipment must be configured and a number of specific settings must be made.

Low voltage package for passenger lift microprocessor control system NKU-MPPL has software protection against sticking of both call and car panel buttons. When the button is pressed, the signal is recorded, so for repeated record the matrix contacts must be opened. If the station records that the matrix contacts are closed at the time of completion of handling of this command/call, this state triggers the blocking algorithm until the matrix contacts are opened. If the call button sticks, the command processing for this floor is not blocked. If the command button sticks, the call processing for this floor is not blocked. When the car stops on the floor for which the call button is stuck, the car doors open and remain open until commands/calls are received in the record queue.

There is a possibility to develop and manufacture customized call panels.
