LLC "RSH" has been providing Russian producers of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks with high-quality glass bottles, producers of fruit and vegetable preservation with a glass jar for many years.
LLC "Plant of Microelectronic Technologies", being the leading Russian manufacturer of measuring and testing equipment for quality control of glass containers, has long-term partnerships with LLC "RSH". Over the years, the counterparty has been supplied with Thickness meters of non-ferromagnetic materials IT-1-01, Installations for testing glass containers for slipping UIS-S, Installations for testing glass containers with hydrostatic pressure UIS-GD.
It should be noted that the glass industry, being high-tech, constantly generates a request for new Russian-made devices and installations to improve the quality of glass products. An extended workshop was held at which representatives of the counterparty were able to give their feedback on the experience of working on the ZMT equipment and the prospects for its modernization, articulate their need to develop new devices for quality control of glass containers (a hot coating thickness meter, a glass geometry control unit, a laboratory inspection machine). In turn, the head of department No. 537 Bayteryakov S.V. he told about the plans of the Microelectronic Technologies Plant to develop a thickness gauge for non-ferromagnetic materials IT-2, a thickness gauge for hot coating IT-GP, a unit for testing glass containers for water resistance UIS-V.
As part of the business visit, representatives of RSH LLC visited workshop No. 567, where they inspected the production of civil equipment (ozonators, equipment for glass factories, health trackers, elevator equipment). They also visited the factory "Expocentre", highly noting the collection of rare documents and modern equipment that are presented there.
At the end of the visit, the parties exchanged assurances that the mutually beneficial dialogue between our enterprises will continue at the highest level. And the delegation of LLC "ZMT" will visit the Branch of LLC "RSH" in Ufa on 25.04.2027 with a return business visit.
